Where do I start? We employed TRG Lawrence after interviewing several agents to sell our house in Taunton. Brian was the only one who came across as someone who didn’t just tell you what you wanted to hear in order to get the instruction. As quick as lightening the property was listed on their website and the national websites of Rightmove etc. The house sold very quickly but as so very often our buyers pulled out for personal reasons, Mr Derbyshire was at all times sympathetic and completely professional and quickly found another purchaser.
Once again we were let down at the 11th hour! the selling of houses can only be regarded as thee most frustrating activity on the planet!! and again Mr Derbyshire and his team diligently set out to find another buyer and did so within a matter of days, we are very pleased to say that matters are going along nicely and at last we are hopeful of a completion.
At every stage of this TRG Lawrence & Son have acted with complete professionalism, offering unbiased advice, backed up by a wealth of REAL experience in the Somerset market place! They have been punctual, attended every viewing and been reliable in returning any feedback.
